I take new products from an idea to something people use, usually as the first engineer on them. Lately that means AI products, and tools that make coding agents useful on real codebases.

now

• listedkit — founding engineer. Built a platform to streamline and automate back-office work in real estate. 2025 Inman Innovator Award.
• agent tooling — private for now. fleet runs parallel Claude Code sessions across git worktrees. agent-controller drives macOS, Windows, iOS, Android and browsers through one interface. openterm opens terminal windows, tabs and split panes from a script and checks each command started.
• simulated-cpu — teaching. An 8-bit, dual-core processor you can watch fetch, decode and execute.

before

• cowello — coworking space management. Bubble prototype, then React / Koa / Postgres.
• describely — AI product descriptions. R&D, then built its first product.
• extelli — team knowledge base. One-week MVP, then the full app.
• client work — Buddys, Advance Local, a Flutter scheduling app, a Rails app for a local non-profit.
• fledging — sold MacBook SSDs, 2019–2021. Built internal software to cut install time from ~15 min to 7–20 s, 4 SSDs at a time. Also Mac repairs and hardware product design.
• sensor patch — UAB senior design. Printable sensor patch with AI monitoring. Microcontroller firmware + the web app on top.
